Choreography:
The choreography was developed under the direction
of the renowned art director and choreographer Manuel Joel
Mandon and his team (Anke Baerg, Thomas Knack, Suthinee Michalke,
Veronika Zeiler) and the Creative Team. The dances draw inspiration
from the seemingly boundless wealth of thousands of folkdance
figures from Turkey to Israeli figures and from modern dance
and classical ballet. The peoples of this rich and varied
region have celebrated centuries of weddings and festivals
with these dances. As one of Europes most experienced
and renowned personalities in this field the dance ensemble
is presided over by Manuel Joel Mandon, who has directed more
than 600 dance productions.

Costumes::d
The internationally renowned Studio Marabout
of Munich who have already been responsible for numerous large
projects ranging from the cinema to live entertainment productions
created more than 500 completely new costumes for Night of
the Sultans Performing Pandora's Legend. The costumes were
made in Turkey. Some are artistically based on traditional,
historical patterns that are many centuries old, such as the
costumes for the Black Sea Dance or for the entrance of the
Protector of the Fire.

Music::
The famous Turkish composers Zeynel Demir and
Mehmethan Disbudak, together with the successful Hollywood
composer Udi Harpaz and Ron Klein from Tel Aviv composed the
music for the entire show, under the direction of the German-Turkish
musical coordinator Kader Kesek. Traditional folk tunes were
also adapted and incorporated into the score. They are based
on the style of the traditional, musical forms of Turkey,
the Middle East, the Balkans, the Ukraine, Mesopotamia, the
Caucasus and the region around the Black Sea. In addition,
Arabic and Israeli elements have left their mark on the music
of this dance theatre. The result is a uniquely oriental show.
These musical influences from different cultures, some thousands
of years old, are merged with the modern and avant-garde to
make Night of the Sultans Performing Pandora's Legend a dance
event like nothing seen before.
