The forces of Evil and the beneficent Hope withdraw to Pandora's Box. Prometheus is freed by his creations, mankind. Dancing joyfully, they celebrate their fortune, the freedom of their creator. But Zeus does not want to give his one-time favorite to the people with impunity. Zeus takes the power of the divinity from him, making him a mortal. The people celebrate their victory, together with Prometheus and Pandora. The now earthly couple happily dances into a new life. Hope, good and love have conquered all.
